Chris Cheetham studied Art and Photography at Blackpool College of Art where he gained a first class degree. After finishing at Blackpool, Chris moved to London and set up a studio in Chelsea. During the next few years Chris worked on a number of projects which were mainly studio based. In 1988 he changed direction and started to concentrate on landscape and portraiture work. He has since travelled extensively through America, Asia and Europe, working on various projects. In 2000 Chris moved with his wife and children to the mountains of Catalunya where he is now concentrating on his 'art' photography with the intention of producing a book and further exhibitions. Chris's photography, which includes landscapes, nudes and still lifes, has been bought both by corporate and private collectors and he is represented in London and New York.
